orders are processed quickly and sent out usually within 24 hours of
receipt (except for weekends, public holidays or during an advertising
campaign);
For all orders we use Australia Post's Express Postage service giving in most cases a delivery within 24 hours; (depending on Australia Post) * out of stock items will be put on back order and customers notified via email.
Outside CBD delivery times will vary.

YOU HAVE A PENSION or a SENIORS CARD? We offer a 5% discount for
holders of these cards. A copy of your current Australian Pensioner or
Seniors Card, should be faxed or emailed to us. Fax to: (08) 9467 6152
or email to: support@discounthealth.com.au Your pension discount will
then be sent to you via email so that you can apply it at the Checkout
when you place your order. Unfortunately discounts can not be
retrofitted, but must be applied at the time the order was placed.
Discount Health on the Environment
Discount
Health is dedicated to providing an A-class service to our customers
and part of the responsibility that we feel towards our customers
involves being environmentally aware. Non breakable
items are not wrapped in bubble wrap but are placed loose into the
express post bags with their packing slip. This is due to the non
recyclable nature of bubble wrap and in an effort to reduce this waste.
However all breakable
items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and packed as necessary to
prevent breakage. If something does get broken please keep the packing
as Australia Post will compensate for products that have been broken
during transport while being appropriately packed.
