The Aqua Hydration Formulas sound like great products with very pertinent applications to both men and women. I never realisedt hat it was possible to drink plenty of water and to still be dehydrated at a cellular level. It was very interesting to learn about the different types of hydration paths i.e. the short path hydrationand long path hydration and how to prevent the former from occuring. I can see that Aqua Hydration Formula would havevery important applications especially for athletes and sports enthusists.
