Folklore and History
Greenlipped Mussells have been used as a dietary suppliment for years. Its anti-inflamatory and joint rebuilding properties have been long suspected and the subject of research. The most notable, was a report titled New Research and a Clinical Report on the Use of Perna Canaliculus [the only ingredient in Mobicosa] in the Management of Arthritis by R. Kendall et al, published in Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients- July 2000. Mobicosa Gel and Mobicosa Capsules have also been used for conditions such as Fibro Mayalgia, Psoriasis and Bursitis.

Directions
Pump a small amount of Mobicoa Gel into the palm of your hand and rub into the affected joint, tendon or soft tissue. Massage for a minute or two until absorbed. Best used in conjuction with Mobicosa capsules.

Do not use if allergic to Green Lipped Mussells. May be used with caution if a shell fish allergy is suspected, ensure you have access to medical help and are not alone when you use it for the first time.

I have personally used Mobicosa Gel on myself for arthritis pain and found it very soothing and helpful. However I found the Mobicosa capsules to be much more effective.
