Directions
Initially, according to the manufacturer and as specified on the
label, you will need to take a loading dose of Mobicosa for the first
10 days, the loading dose is 4-8 Mobicosa capsules with food. Generally
it is best to take half the daily dose of Mobicosa with breakfast and
the other half with your evening meal, however if your particular
circumstances make this difficult, it is fine to take the entire dose
at one time. The daily Mobicosa dose of 2-4 capsules can then be
increased or decreased as required to achieve optimal symptomatic
relief according to your specific needs. The most common reason for
Mobicosa not working is not taking enough. However once you have
reached the point where your symptoms are effectively being managed you
can, if you want, slowly cut back the amount of Mobicosa you take until
you reach the minimal amount of Mobicosa that relieves your symptoms.
Each Mobicosa bottle contains 80 x 500mg capsules, so for the
first month it is best to start off with 2 bottles of the Mobicosa
capsules to ensure that there is no interruption. After the initial
loading dose has been achieved then each bottle of Mobicosa will
usually last approximately one month.

Do not take Mobicosa or use the Mobicosa Gel if you have a known
allergy to Green Lipped Mussels or during pregnancy. Reasonable caution

Just
like to let you know how Mobicosa Capsules have helped me. For approx
3 years I have suffered with arthritis in both my thumbs. It got
progressively worse & as a result I had difficulty in writing
